Commission of Work
GOAIR clients agree that the fee for each project shall be the cost estimates provided, unless work undertaken exceeds work outlined. If work undertaken for any project exceeds the items specified in the cost estimates provided, the client agrees to pay appropriate fees for the excess work.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Goair.com.au are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Product Descriptions
Goair Products Pty. Ltd. and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However Goair Products Pty. Ltd. does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
